After twenty years of working in
eastern suburbs real estate Richard Wills saw the need to provide clients
with a quality of service above that which was being offered to the market
place. As such in 1985 Richard Wills Real Estate Pty Limited was born. Located originally on the corner of Spring and Newland
Streets at Bondi Junction the business quickly outgrew its premises and moved
to its current location at 'The Waverley', During this time clients became aware of the quality of
service, particularly in regard to property management. As a consequence the
business has one of the larger property management bases in the eastern
suburbs. With the growth in managements also came the growth in
staff numbers. This also allowed the opportunity to introduce a sales team.
The sales team over the past six months have
achieved outstanding results above vendor expectation. The past fifteen years have seen the business expand to
what it is today and you to can be assured that when you deal with Richard
