Notice to Vacate
Please refer to your
residential tenancy agreement and your renting guide before submitting your
notice to vacate
By completing this form,
the tenant/s acknowledge that:
1) All rent is to be paid
up until the vacate date
2) The premises must be
properly cleaned for the bond to be refunded
3) Access shall be granted
to prospective tenants upon request of Richard Wills Real Estate
* 21 days notice is required
if your lease has already expired. If your lease has not yet expired, once
receiving your below notice we will send you all information regarding the
breaking of your lease
* Notice to vacate is only
deemed valid through written confirmation by our office
